At JFi we will use Royal Mail 48 Tracking for all order. This has proved to be the most reliable method over time.

All orders will be dispatched the same day, if payment is received in the morning, otherwise it will be the next working day (Monday – Friday)

Shipping is free on all orders. We currently only ship to the UK.

Returns

Please inspect your order promptly on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We have a 14 day returns policy which means you have a 14 day window after receiving your item to request a return.

We will do our best to replace the item, but stock does run out and manufacturers do stop making sets. In which case a refund will be given.

Please provide photographic evidence of any damage / incorrect item.
